Almost always cheaper to add on — and you keep the lot, the neighborhood, the schools, the trees. We can give you a realistic cost-vs-move analysis in our first meeting.

Yes. Older Utah homes usually require structural reinforcement of the foundation and existing walls, and we'll evaluate that before quoting. We've added second stories to ramblers and bungalows across the Wasatch Front.

Utah state law now broadly allows internal ADUs, and most cities allow detached ADUs with conditions on lot size and parking. We help you navigate local zoning.
