Commercial & TI — frequently asked.

Yes — much of our commercial work is initiated by property owners and managers for TI buildouts. We handle landlord work-letter compliance, scope reconciliation and final lien releases.

A simple office TI can finish in 6–10 weeks. Restaurants and medical buildouts run 12–24 weeks depending on permitting and equipment lead times. We give you a written milestone schedule before lease commencement.
