Both. Our design-build team handles architecture, interior design, structural engineering and construction under one contract. We're also happy to work with architects and designers you've already chosen.
We default to a transparent fixed-fee model. After selections are made, we lock the construction price with a clear allowance schedule. Cost-plus is offered on highly custom or unique projects.
Lead times vary by project size and trade availability. We typically schedule new project starts 6–12 weeks out and can sometimes start sooner. Call us for current availability.
